Meet Pam Coster

Pam Coster is passionate about adult faith
formation.  A dynamic speaker, writer and
experienced manager, she has worked with
hundreds of volunteers and directed parish
programs for
thirteen years as a DRE and
Director of Faith Formation.  With a Masters in
Religious Education from Loyola University-
Chicago, an MBA from the University of
Chicago, and years of business experience prior
to entering ministry, Pam has both
the
practical and pastoral background
to help
parishes create simple but effective strategies in
the complex area of adult formation.

Her broad experience in developing adult
programs is enhanced by the following
memberships:
• Adult Formation Advisory Board of the
Archdiocese of Chicago,  
• Board of Directors of Loyola Press,
• Communications and Adult Formation
Committees of NCCL, and  
• Advisory Board of Catholics on Call, a young
adult vocation program.
