Dear Member of the Parish Staff,

You truly do have
one of the most important but difficult jobs in the
church today! You have a long job description loaded with important duties,
and at the same time, the folks in your parish mainly expect you to do all the
work! It's darn tough to get all your work done and at the same time
implement a program for renewal.

We hope you've read
Dreams and Visions. It was written with you in mind
and it really demonstrates how much easier your own work will be once that
new fire is lit in the parish. And that new fire, as you know, comes not from a
program or new-fangled way of doing ministry, but it flows directly from people
whose
hearts are touched by conversion, by deepening their encounter
with Christ. People who are in Christ - and who experience that in a Catholic
setting - are your backbone and lifeblood at the parish. This is the secret to the
renewal of the church!

First of all, if you're just getting started as a parish, begin
here. This is a FREE
pastoral planning tool designed with your parish in mind! It comes complete
with worksheets, a step-by-step process for planning, and a guide to doing
"listening prayer" to be sure the Spirit leads you!

If you are ready to train, inform, and share all this with the whole parish, click
here for PowerPoint presentations and other materials.

This is also the web site which supports
Dreams and Visions: Pastoral
Planning for Lifelong Faith Formation
. Every link mentioned in that text is
found
here.

So once again,
we thank you for everything you do for your parish. We're
glad you're making use of this support web site, and please let us know if there
are other ways in which we can help you!

Good wishes for your ministry,

Bill Huebsch
