| Dear Parish Curriculum Developer, Thank you for everything you offer your parish. It is very important in preparing curriculum for youth, young adults, and adults of every age, that whatever we do be completely faithful to the Church. Faith formation is not the time to argue over Church teachings. It's not the time for a teacher to give his or her opinion about the Church. Rather, it's the time for us to explore together the depth and beauty of Catholic thought, practice, and custom. It's a time to integrate Catholic teachings into our lives, and learn to live more faithfully. As a key person responsible for this in your parish, we believe it is necessary and good for you to be in harmony with your pastor. Don't try to work without his full knowledge and consent. For purposes of planning adult faith formation that is complete and systematic, we provide several free tools on this site. To see them, click here. We know that many Catholics today simply are no longer fully engaged with their parishes. There are many reasons for that, but all of them point to a huge need, which is for each parish to develop a pastoral plan which
